Who is Andrea?
A very accurate, detailoriented person, but also empathetic and sensitive. I also consider myself an open-minded and tolerant person, I like to listen to the advices and opinions of others.
What do you like in your work? What drives you?
Every day there is always something 'new', working closely with customers and sales colleagues there is never a chance to get bored. I like having to be precise, and always 'on the mark'.
How are you able to help those who are reading this interview?
I studied as a mechanical technician, so I also help with the engineering part, as well as managing the order process from order entry to delivery. However, my commitment does not end once the product reaches the customer; I also take care of everything related to after-sales service. I am the person who takes charge of solving small problems or special requests from customers.
