Who is Francesco?

The main contact for all foreign sales offices in managing orders and shipments for all rotary joints that are produced in our factory in Italy. If it comes to logistics, control and invoicing, my team and I make sure that everything runs smoothly..

What do you like about your job?

Dealing every day with people from all over the world. By managing foreign countries I have to deal with colleagues working in the USA, Australia, Canada, China and from all over Europe. Measuring up against all the small and large cultural differences is a way to grow as a person.

Does the company provide support and training for employees' professional development?

Being part of a multinational group like KADANT has greatly influenced the policies of our company. Even though we are a small Italian company, we have access to highly professional training programs on cutting-edge technological tools and processes such as SalesForce, new ERP and other software. In addition to this, nonetheless, every year the company promotes advanced courses on foreign languages and updating on the main computer programs. Living in this modern and international environment allows you to grow , and the flexibility in schedules and the possibility of using agile working allows you to spendtime on developing useful skills.
