Who is Luca?
I am a calm, precise, careful and thoughtful person. Having this calm and focused attitude allows me to work very well in a team and especially with customers, for whom I am a reference here in the office.
What do you like in your work? What drives you?
Developing new projects, finding solutions and discovering new applications. Having a tech background, and being in the industry for a long time, I like the engineering and technical approach to a project.
How are you able to help those who are reading this interview?
My job is to be the link between the customer's technical department and our production. For those looking for a solution I am the first contact in the company, if you call or send an e-mail with a complex request, be sure I will answer! My job is not to sell a product, but to provide advice, including design consultancy, to guarantee maximum performance in the machine developed by the customer.
