- Resistance to high speeds: the joint is tested up to 10,000 RPM, replicating the most demanding conditions in machine tools.

A testing platform for realistic simulations
At our facility, all G Series rotary joints undergo rigorous testing on a highly specialized test stand. Using an operating electrospindle, we are able to faithfully reproduce the conditions of use in the most critical industrial applications.

The steps of quality testing
1 - Spindle mounting: the joint is installed and properly secured on an operating electrospindle, ensuring perfect alignment.
2 - Hydraulic connection: a pipe is connected with a quick coupler to simulate the actual flow of fluid inside the joint.
3 - Pressure test: water is run at a pressure of 10 bar to test the integrity of the seal.
4 - High-speed test: the electrospindle drives the joint at 10,000 RPM, reproducing real operating conditions and evaluating the stability of the system.
5 - Leak test: using an air gun and a drain hole, we check that the joint is completely sealed.
6 - Final check and approval: only joints that pass all the tests without failures are certified and considered ready for use.
