Features of the RH Stainless Steel Rotary Joint
RH stainless steel rotary joints are an available single- and double-pass solution, designed to handle different fluids of chemical and pharmaceutical applications, can be equipped with flanged or threaded rotor connection. Main features include:
- - Standard sizes: 3/8“ ; ½” ; ¾“ ; 1” ; 1-1/4“ ; 1-1/2” ; 2”
- - Materials: Stainless steel with Hastelloy C22 options for corrosion resistance
- - Compatible fluids: Water, glycol and diathermic oil
- - Operating temperature: up to 400°C (for RHB custom joints)
One of the distinguishing features of our RH joints is simplified maintenance, which does not require disassembly from the machine. The innovative Quick Replacement Design (QRD) significantly reduces downtime and associated costs by allowing quick seal-kit replacement in minutes WITHOUT THE NEED TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE ROTARY JOINT FROM THE MACHINE.

Our RH joints can be ATEX certified and FDA approved to meet the needs of customers operating in regulated environments. This solution is ideal for critical applications in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, where components must be suitable for use with explosive substances or environments, and must also be used in contact with food ingredients or materials (or otherwise to be used for similar purposes).
