Czech primary machine tool manufacturer 

Usage: rotary joint for computer numerical control (CNC) machine. 

Customer expectation: removal leakage problems in the high pressure oil circuit of a competitor joint.
Solution: simplified two-way joint removing gaskets that caused leaks.

Thanks to our R&D office, we have designed and built a special rotary joint that could meet the needs of one of our foreign customers. This costumer had some malfunctions on its computer numerical control (CNC) machine that mounted a competitor’s joint.
After analyzing the reasons that caused leaks in the high-pressure oil circuit, we simplified the rotary joint by eliminating the gaskets that gave sealing problems, thus meeting customer satisfaction.
