Who is Victor?
If you don't know me, I would say that I am an active and dynamic person, who has mental flexibility, the power to communicate, the curiosity to learn about different cultures and different ways of thinking, and a great attitude to learn.
What do you like about your job? What motivates you?
Managing marketing activities can have a big impact on strategy, business results, but above all on a company's reputation and public perception. This responsibility leads to a challenging day-to-day work together with colleagues from all over the world, which brings constant personal and professional growth, new perspectives and opportunities to improve.
How are you able to help those who are reading this interview?
By asking the reader to "help me to help them...". My work is also based on the concept and development of tactics, campaigns and content that must be focused on customer satisfaction. From a certain point of view, I work for those who are reading this interview; based on data analysis or on the feedback we receive, it is my job to provide 'value' to the solutions the company offers and to communicate them by giving users a positive and enjoyable experience, trying to create a long-term 'win-win' professional partnership. Understanding what the customer needs and how to satisfy them is my most important goal.
