Who is Ilvio?
Gentle, calm and thoughtful; that could be my definition. I never lose my temper and I am particularly good at listening. Besides that, I am also very attached to traditional and family values.
What do you like in your work? What drives you?
I am passionate about facing technical problems and finding solutions. I have always found mechanical components interesting, and after 30 years of work I can say that I have built up a solid experience in the field.
How are you able to help those who are reading this interview?
My expertise covers several sectors, but the market I have learnt to know best is the processing of plastic and rubber products. In fact, today I manage customers who use this type of machinery, carrying out inspections and audits where I check the components that are actually mounted on machines, and propose improved solutions in terms of performance and durability.
